1) Orders are shipped using EMS trackable shipping, and upon receipt of payment your tracking number will be sent to you within 5 business days.

2) Shipping is free on all orders.

3) Should you not be happy with the item you have ordered, you can return it for a full refund. You must ensure the item is sent by registered mail. We are not responsible for any breakages when returning any item.

4) Please note that you are charged in GBP therefore any slight difference in cost will be down to currency fluctuations.
